Due Diligence

The Rapid Offshore Group has developed a skill in conducting Due Diligence studies on suppliers and/ or the attaching contract.Depending on the clients needs we can:
- Visit factories prior to contract being signed
- Inspect machinery
- Inspect working conditions
- Once production is in place we can inspect the factory facilities during the different production phases to ensure requirements are being met.
- Export capabilities
The end result being a due diligence report that examines all elements within the manufacturers organization, including its legal registration and business licence with the appropriate PRC government body.
